What full handover actually means

Handover is not a final email with a link to a repository. It is the deliberate transfer of everything required to run, understand, and change the tool without us. If you still need Skynarc after the project ends, we did the handover wrong.

In practice that means the complete codebase, written so it can be read; documentation that explains not just how the tool works but why it was built that way; and deployment guidance specific to your environment. Where it helps, we walk your team through it directly.

We design for departure from the first day. Decisions are recorded, dependencies are kept sensible, and nothing critical lives only in someone's head. The goal is a tool you could extend with another team — or none at all.

Ownership without understanding is just custody. Full handover means you own the tool and the knowledge of it, completely.
